How do I check my Washington EBT balance? ›

To check your balance, reset your PIN or report a lost/stolen EBT card, call the EBT Vendor at 1-888-328-9271.

You will need to enter information from the card on the website so make sure your card is handy when you log in. You can also check your balance by calling 1-800-359-5802, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I got a P-EBT card in the mail, but I don't want it.

In most states, SNAP benefits can only be used to buy groceries at authorized stores. However, some states, including Hawaii, participate in the RMP. This program allows qualified SNAP recipients to purchase prepared meals at select restaurants using their EBT cards (Electronic Benefits Transfer cards).
